I want to walk too!

This is Charlene standing up and falling down, standing up and falling down, over and over again. After I stopped the video she continued for about 5 more minutes (not the Dreyfus exaggeration either)! So cute! She was the first to be able to stand on her own without a wall or person!

Determined Woman!

This is a woman who knows where she wants to go! Except for when a bully big brother gets in the way! Ever since Chase has been walking on his own, Carolyn watches him and has been trying to figure out how she can do it. She will take about 2 steps, but that is more than before!

Look at Chase!

Wow! Look at him go! Now, I know he didn't get that belly from his mommy. I think it is what is throwing him off balance!

Our First Trip to the Zoo!

We went to the zoo for the first time yesterday with our cousin Dylan and with our Gertie! We had a blast, but with all of the excitement we did not get any pictures taken. So I took some of the babies today with their souvenier shirts on! They had a great time people watching! I can't wait to take them back when they can look at the animals!

This is me and Randall right around 1! I thought it would be fun to see the resemblance. There is one or two other pics of me in pony tails that make Carolyn look like a minny me like Chase does to Randall! Anyway! They each have a lot of both families in them!

We are getting close to walking on our own!

Well, we have been walking along the furniture for months, but we don't want to do it on our own! This week Chase has become brave and ventured out on his own. He has been taking many steps all by himself! It is so wonderful. Our couch potatoe, Charlene, has decided that she wants to start walking so she will pick up the walkers and push them all the time until they bump into a wall or furniture. Carolyn stands forever by herself, but she just wont let go of the furniture or toys! It won't be long and I will have a video of them walking all over the house!
