The Triplets First Birthday Party!

We had the babies first birthday party this weekend and it was wonderful! They were a little nervous with almost 60 people oohhing and aahhing over them, but they stopped crying a few minutes out of the day. They were all teething so that made them a little uncomfortable also. Once Carolyn realized she could eat the cake in front of her she went to town and loved it! Chase and Charlene didn't want very much to do with it. Charlene had a few bites eventually, but Chase just ended up with blue icing all over his face! It was such a fun afternoon and so great to be able to bring all of the families and friends together to celebrate such a wonderful event! Our 3 little miracles are 1! Thank you to everyone for helping us celebrate their first birthday!

Happy Easter!

Happy Easter everyone! This is Easter morning at the Ranch. We went to Aunt Rita and Uncle Dan's Ranch in South Texas for Easter this year. It was wonderful! Their house and property is so beautiful, it should be published in a magazine or something. We had a great time. The babies loved being at the Ranch. They were outside almost all day every day. They got to eat outside and watch everyone play! We took walks and soaked up the fresh air. Chase went for a ride on the 4 wheeler with his Daddy and didn't know what to think. He just kind of sat there, but every time someone was driving around on one, they had to watch. Everyone went for a ride on Uncle Dan's mule. Carolyn was a little nervous, but all in all we enjoyed it!

Update on Bath Time! Carolyn took a bath tonight with out crying! Yea!!!!!!!!!!! We are still bathing one at a time because they like to crawl and move, but it wont be long and we will have a cute pic of all of them in the bath!

Happy Birthday Babies!

It is fun to be one! At 10:56, 10:57, and 10:58 Chase, Carolyn, and Charlene will turn ONE! I can't believe they are already one! Time has just flown by and we have been so blessed to have three very healthy and wonderful babies. This picture was taken during breakfast this morning so it is up to date! They have their birthday bibs on! Happy Birthday Babies! We love you all!

Look Everyone! No Bottles!

After many different cups and lots of trying, we are finally all drinking out of sippy cups! Wow! It is not perfected, but that is okay with me!

Chase Uses a Sippy!!

Chase got a new sippy last week and loves it! I have been letting them each try different sippy cups, but they did not really like them. I bought the last new sippy just thinking they might like the straw kind. Well it worked for Chase! He loves it and I think he looks so adorable using it!

Birthday Swing Set

We bought a swing set for the babies with their Gertie and Chief for their First Birthday! Then their Pa Pa and Granny came down and helped us put it together. So here is the outcome! It is adorable and they all love it! Carolyn laughs and screams happy screams, Chase smiles, and Charlene either giggles or gives her swing sugars (baby kisses)! We try to go on it every day as long as the weather is good. Pretty soon we will be out everyday! We love the new swing set!

UPDATE on Sleeping!

Yeah! No one has woken up before 6:00 and I think even 6:15 for almost a week! Ahhhhhhhhhh!! That is so nice!

Big Baby Bath Time!

We finally had a big baby bath! I took the duck bath out of the tub and they bathed in the big tub! They looked so big. I didn't get any pictures because Randall was busy doing things around the house and I was the only one bathing them, but I will get them next time. They bathed by themselves, but I can't wait to put them all together! They will have so much fun. Carolyn might even like it then if she gets to play with her brother and sister. She did not like bathing in the big tub, it really scared her! But she didn't like the first bath either and she didn't like the pool at first too. She will get used to it, hopefully! Chase and Charlene loved it though! They were crawling around and playing with the toys, they had a blast!

We Love to Wake up at 5:30!!

Well, the latest trend at our house it to wake up at 5:30! They just love it. So this is what we did at 5:30 yesterday morning! It however only lasted for the snapshot!

Chase's First Hair Cut

After months of Randall telling Chase, "We need to go get your hair cut buddy!" And then looking at me because I wanted him to wait one year. Chase got his first hair cut about 3 weeks ago. He was such a good boy. He sat in the car at first by himself, but then he couldn't understand why he couldn't play with what was in the lady's hand that kept touching his head! So they moved him to a chair on his daddy's lap! We did just a trim, it will be a while longer before we use the clippers, I wasn't ready for a big boy hair cut yet!

It's Rodeo time in Houston!

It is Rodeo time in Houston and Chase, Carolyn and Charlene are ready! Their Gertie and Cheif bought them these outfits for the Rodeo in San Antonio so we had to begin the season right! However, it was late in the evening before bath time so we were missing some socks and shoes and their bows, those had been stolen away from each other by the time we were able to take the picture!

Our First Blog!

So this is our first blog! We have to get up with the times! I thought this would be a good way for our family and friends to be able to see what all is going on with the babies since they change so fast! They are almost 11 1/2 months old. Their Uncle Chuck said today that it is only 18 days until they are ONE!! Now that is crazy. If I can figure this out I will try to update it as often as possible and put pictures and videos too!
